We accept referrals on behalf of Courts, solicitors and Local Authorities. Our fees are in accordance with the current rates specified for expert witness work by the Legal Aid Agency, and we aim to provide assessment reports within 3 – 6 weeks of receipt of a letter of instruction (though individual timescales are agreed on a case-by-case basis and will depend upon current availability).
